Respect the Atmosphere – As always, we maintain a courteous and respectful environment for everyone.
Cigar Cutting Fee – A $10 cutting fee applies to any cigars not purchased at the lounge.
Age Requirement – Guests must be 21 years or older.
Good Vibes Only – Relax, enjoy, and respect the experience.

MEMBERSHIP
Join Our Exclusive Membership for Premium Benefits and Special Access
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Genuine Cigars (“Lounge”) and the undersigned individual or entity (“Member”) as of the date of signature below.
1. Membership Fees
The Lounge offers three membership terms:
Six Months - $375
10% discount on individual cigars (“sticks”) and boxes.
One Year - $600
10% discount on individual cigars.
15% discount on boxes.
15% discount on accessories.
20% discount on all purchases made on Member’s birthday.
Two Year - $1,000
10% discount on individual cigars.
15% discount on boxes.
20% discount on accessories.
25% discount on all purchases made on Member’s birthday.
Refunds allowed prorated up to $400.
Payment Requirement
All locker membership fees must be paid in full and upfront at the start of the membership term.
2. Restrictions
Discounts do not apply to certain brands or product lines where manufacturers prohibit discounting. The Lounge will maintain and update a list of such brands, available upon request.
Discounts do not apply to the cutting fee of $10.00.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
Rewards points and membership discounts cannot be combined. Only one benefit (discount or points) may be applied per transaction.
3. Member Benefits
Members will have early access to special events, including but not limited to cigar tastings, pairing events, and private release parties.
Members will receive priority access to allowable discounts and complimentary items (“freebies”) prior to non-members.
4. Locker Usage
Locker space is provided by the Lounge for the storage of cigars and, where permitted, accessories.
Members are strictly prohibited from storing drugs, drug paraphernalia, or any illegal substances in their lockers. Any violation will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
The Lounge is not responsible for loss or damage of personal property stored in lockers except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Outside cigars storage cutting fees must be paid upfront.
Sharing locker only allowed with spouse.
5. Term & Renewal
Membership begins on the date payment is received and runs for the duration of the tier purchased (six months, one year, or two years).
Renewal requires payment of the applicable fee at the then-current rates.
Members can upgrade the locker term back to the original date.
6. General Provisions
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
The Lounge reserves the right to amend benefits, restrictions, or event offerings, with notice provided to Members.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
The Lounge reserves the right to cancel membership at any time for any violation of Lounge policies or rules. Prorated refund will be given up to a max of 50%.
